Salon Hamada & Tarek provides an online platform to browse services and book appointments at our physical location in New Cairo, Egypt. All services are performed in-salon. No services are delivered online.

• Bookings are subject to availability
• You will receive a confirmation after booking
• You may cancel your booking at any time through your account
• Bookings may be automatically cancelled if you do not confirm your attendance
• Attendance can be confirmed by calling us or by arriving at the salon
• We recommend arriving at the salon as the preferred confirmation method
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances

All payments are made in-salon only. No payments are processed through this website. No financial data is collected or stored by us.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

If you use Google Sign-In, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We only receive your name and email from Google.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
